  • 1 bunch celery dised
  • 6 carrots dised
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 winter squash cubed
  • 2 yellow onions dised
  • 1 ਇੰਚ ginger root peeled and minced
  • 1 ਇੰਚ tuermeric root peeled and minced
  • 1 ਪਿਆਲਾ peeled and sliced burdock root (or 2 tsp powder) optional
  • 2 tsp nettle leaves optional
  • 1 ਪਿਆਲਾ cilantro loosely packed
  • 6 garlic cloves peeled
  • 12 cups ਪਾਣੀ

ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a largestock pot.
  • Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil over high heat.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours.
  • Strain and enjoy.

Notes
