BESAN CREPES

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
  • 1/4 tbsp Cumin Seed powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Coriander Seed powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic powder
  • Pinch Kalongi Seeds optional
  • Pinch Mustard Seeds optional
  • Pinch Salt natural
  • Pinch Black Pepper
  • Few Leaves Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 1/4 Cup Warm Water

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl then add cilantro leaves and water slowly mix it well.
  • Use a non stick pan and brush it with pure olive oil.
  • Add 1/3 cup of the batter to the pan and swirl around the bottom so you get an even crepe.
  • Cook on a low heat for couple minutes until there are bubbles in the crepe.
  • Flip and cook on the other side for a minute.
  • Remove from the pan, repeat the process with rest of the batter.

Sides

  • Serve it with tomato or fruit chutney.
  • Healthy hash brown on a side.
