
BESAN CREPES
Chickpea flour, Kalongi seeds

- Non Stick pan
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
- 1/4 tbsp Cumin Seed powder
- 1/4 tbsp Coriander Seed powder
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tbsp Garlic powder
- Pinch Kalongi Seeds optional
- Pinch Mustard Seeds optional
- Pinch Salt natural
- Pinch Black Pepper
- Few Leaves Fresh Cilantro chopped
- 1 1/4 Cup Warm Water
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl then add cilantro leaves and water slowly mix it well.
- Use a non stick pan and brush it with pure olive oil.
- Add 1/3 cup of the batter to the pan and swirl around the bottom so you get an even crepe.
- Cook on a low heat for couple minutes until there are bubbles in the crepe.
- Flip and cook on the other side for a minute.
- Remove from the pan, repeat the process with rest of the batter.
Sides
- Serve it with tomato or fruit chutney.
- Healthy hash brown on a side.
